Centre Manager, Kevin Smith, will be out spreading cheer around the centre from 10am on Saturday 14th February, handing out chocolates to shoppers.

Anyone who finds a chocolate with a red heart inside the wrapper will win an exciting prize! Lucky shoppers stand to win gifts from Boots, Card Factory, Cardzone, Burger King, Costa Coffee, Greggs and the Kiosk on the bus station.

Speaking about the competition, Centre Manager and acting cupid, Kevin said: “The Valentine’s competition is always a great hit with shoppers and a fantastic way to raise money for a worthy cause.”

British Heart Foundation’s Janet Kenworthy will be joining Kevin collecting donations for the charity: “I look forward to the competition each year. It’s always nice to put a smile on shopper’s faces and encourage a bit of romance.”

The British Heart Foundation store is also running its popular Love Notes campaign, where budding cupids can declare their love for that special someone by posting a note in the store’s window. All for a bargain £1 donation.
