RAF Reserves Land At Destination Horsefair
Members of 2620 Squadron based at RAF Marham will be available to have a chat and provide information to individuals interested in joining the high flying reserves.
The reservist unit train on Wednesday evenings and one weekend a month.Along with the professional military training and exercises there are opportunities to broaden your experiences through participating in adventure training and other sporting activities throughout the UK and overseas.
Squadron members receive pay,a travelling allowance and will be eligible for an annual tax-free bonus of up to £1500.
2620 Squadron is seeking to recruit men aged between 17 and 45 who wish to join the team and train as gunners in their spare time.
“This is an exciting opportunity for local residents who are interested in joining the RAF Reserves,it’s a perfect chance to get all the information they need and have any questions answered by the experts,”say Horsefair Manager Kevin Smith.
The RAF Reserves Road Show will be located in the Horsefair Shopping Centre, to the side of Superdrug, on Thursday 26th August and Thursday 2nd September.
