The Horsefair Shopping Centre has a new Centre Manager. Dave King has been appointed and has joined the Centre, bringing with him many years’ retail experience.

It was announced last month that after 12 years at the Horsefair, Kevin Smith will be leaving the Horsefair. Dave will be taking on the Centre Manager role, having worked at the Garden Park shopping centre near Peterborough for six years. Dave has previously worked for local radio stations including Hereward FM and KLFM.

Discussing his new role, Dave commented: “I’m so pleased to be given this exciting opportunity to manage the Horsefair Shopping Centre. I’ve got some great ideas for the centre and I’m looking forward to working with our retailers and various town stakeholders.”

Dave has now begun his role at the Centre will work alongside Kevin until 21^st April. Ahead of his departure, Kevin said: “I’d like to wish Dave all the very best and I hope he enjoys managing the Horsefair as much as I have. Good luck!”
