Help for Heroes Car Boot Coming Soon!

The top floor of the Centre’s car park will be opened up on Bank Holiday Monday, 7th May for the sale which aims to raise funds for the national Help for Heroes charity.

Residents in Wisbech are being encouraged to dig out their unwanted goods and book a pitch. Cars will be charged £5 and a car with a trailer will be £10. All of the booking fees will be donated to the charity.

Horsefair Manager, Kevin Smith said: “There are still pitches available and I want to encourage shoppers to come along and browse the sale. Car boot events are fantastic for finding bargains and exciting relics.”

In addition, the Centre’s Greggs store will be serving hot drinks and snacks during the charity event.

Those interested in taking a pitch will need to book a space at the Kodak store or at the Centre Manager’s Office, which are next to each other on the Horsefair bus station, or by telephoning the Centre Manager on 01945 584109.

The event will run from 8am – 1pm and entrance for buyers on the day will be free and there will be unrestricted parking on the ground floor all day.
