Halloween Horrors at the Horsefair

On Saturday 29th October, from 3pm to 5pm, a whole host of spooky fun awaits children at the Centre’s annual Trick or Treat event. During the event children under 15 dressed in a Halloween costume and accompanied by an adult will be able to take part in the free trick or treating event!

Children taking part in the trick or treat fun will need to bring a collecting bag as they will be able to visit most of the businesses in the Horsefair, from Subway to REMO on the bus station who will all be waiting armed with free treats to giveaway! Businesses participating will be displaying a “Wisbech Witch” poster in their window.

During the event there will be a fairground ride and balloon modelling for children to enjoy for free!

Horsefair Centre Manager, Kevin Smith, commented: “Our Halloween event has always been a favourite of mine, it’s such a fun atmosphere and I can’t wait to see to see all the little horrors running around. Also don’t forget to visit our Hughes store as they’re converting a window into a Horror Wall for taking some scary selfies!”

There will also be a fancy dress competition that will be judged by the Mayor of Wisbech at 4pm in front of Argos with prizes being awarded to the best dressed children and adults in Halloween costumes.
