Easter Egg-Stravaganza at the Horsefair
Youngsters could conquer the Spider Mountain climbing wall, enjoy a free fairground ride and even have their faces painted and family entertainment was provided by Mr Rainbow and a balloon modeller crafted creatures for children.
In addition, youngsters were invited to take part in an Easter egg hunt and bonnet competition. The winner on the day was five year-old Rocco Benincasa from Wisbech who won a selection of goodies donated by the Horsefair’s Card Factory store, plus a framed photo of himself and a bag from the Kodak store. The competition’s runner-up was nine year-old Amy Ells who won a selection of goodies donated by the Centre’s Paperbox store.
Speaking about the event, Horsefair Manager, Kevin Smith said: “We had a very busy day at the Horsefair! The weather was perfect for Easter fun day I have received some very positive comments from families and shoppers.”
