The event was held as part of a nationwide campaign called One Great Day to raise money for prestigious children’s hospital, Great Ormond Street, and the Horsefair event raised a total of £104.89.

Centre Manager, Kevin Smith, commented: “We’re delighted to be able to help such a fantastic cause and I’d like to thank every car booter for taking part, as well as every shopper that came along!”

Last year, events for One Great Day raised over £50,000 for the children’s hospital and the Horsefair hopes that its contribution will help to exceed that amount this year.
