Manager Relaunches Closed Store
Klick Photopoint,the Horsefair’s only photo specific store closed before Christmas 2008,leaving Store Manager Lindsay Price and sales assistant,Liam Stoppard without jobs.
Lindsay’s Mother,Lorraine Whittaker,came up with the idea to reopen the store independently,so she secured investment and has re-launched the store as the Kodak One Stop Photo Shop,which opened for the first time on Saturday,18th April.
The store has brand new features including,self-service photo kiosks where customers can print their own photographs,photo to canvas and photo to poster options,various frames,paper and software.
“I’m so pleased to be back at the Horsefair,it was really sad to see the old store close but we’re really positive about our new venture,and Liam is very happy to be back in his old position.The store is in a great location at the Horsefair and we’ve been very busy since the opening,”said Lindsay who worked at the previous store for six years.
Speaking about the opening,Horsefair Manager,Kevin Smith said:”It is a pleasure to welcome Lindsay back to the Centre and I wish her every success for the future.”
