Egg-citing Easter Fun At The Horsefair

The Centre will host a range of entertainment for youngsters and their families on Thursday,8th April from 10am to 2pm.

Brave youngsters will have the opportunity to scale Spider Mountain,a supervised climbing wall,enjoy the Centre’s free fairground ride and have their faces painted.

In addition,Mr Rainbow’s Magical Easter Show featuring Rodney Rabbit and Hetty The Hen will entertain shoppers with shows at 11am and 1pm,plus,Cappa The Clown will be ‘clowning’ around throughout the day.

Easter wouldn’t be complete without an egg hunt and every child who counts the correct number of eggs in the Centre’s shop windows will win a small prize.Youngsters can also enter their very own Easter Bonnets into a competition,which will be judged at 12 noon outside the Horsefair Information Point and the Centre’s Paperbox store is supplying prizes for the winners.

“There’s some great activities planned for this year and I’m looking forward to hosting another memorable day for our shoppers and visitors.Most of the activities on the day will be free for youngsters to enjoy,there will be small charges for some of the additional stalls,”said Horsefair Manager,Kevin Smith.
