Wisbech Town Centre’s Spooktacular Halloween Event!

Unfortunately because of the weather this event has been cancelled.

Wisbech town centre will be overcome with ghosts, ghouls and all manner of spooky spirits on Saturday 26th October as part of the Spooktacular Halloween Event.

Over 40 town centre businesses will be involved in a free Trick or Treating event which will run between 3pm and 5pm.

New For This Year’s Event!
Collect a list of where to Trick or Treat from the Halloween Stall on the Market Place before you start. Each store will stamp their name on the list, once they’ve all been stamped collect a bag of Halloween Treats from the stall on the Market Place.

Everyone is encouraged to wear fancy dress and the best costume will be judged by the Mayor of Wisbech at 4pm in the Market Place. As well as a prize for the best dressed child, there will be a second category for best dressed adult too!

Centre Manager of the Horsefair, Kevin Smith, commented: “Halloween is one of our biggest events every year and it’s amazing to see all of Wisbech town centre getting involved. The fancy dress event is one of my favourites, people put in so much effort with their costumes – including the parents – I can’t wait to see this year’s entries!”

The Spooktacular event will also have free activities such as balloon modelling and a fairground ride.
