With car parking for nearly 400 cars, and the close proximity of the bus station and taxi rank, the Horsefair Shopping Centre is easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. The car park and Centre has an evening security guard for extra peace of mind.
Named after the town’s historic Horse Fair that took place on the site between the 1600s and 1800s, the shopping centre was constructed during the 1980s, and opened by Noel Edmonds in 1988.
Fully-pedestrianised and supervised on a full-time basis, the Horsefair Shopping Centre offers a relaxed and welcoming environment that is a central part of the community. With regular events and promotions (see the News page), the centre offers a shopping experience that is truly at the heart of Wisbech.
